(100% genuine and working)
To enable Task Manager in Window 7, first we need to enable "registry"
Step 1: Steps to enable registry:
- A Local Group Policy tab will appear. Perform the task as follows:
- Click on User Configuration-> Administrative Templates->System
- On right side, Double Click on "Prevent access to registry editing tools"
- "A Prevent access to registry editing tools" tab will appear, just select "Not Configured" option. Click on "Apply"
Step 2: Now we can enable Task Manager:
- Again goto "RUN"(windows+R), type "regedit". A "Registry Editor" tab will appear.
- Through the left hand navigation pane, navigate to:-HKEY_CURRENT_USER->SOFTWARE->MICROSOFT->WINDOWS->CURRENT VERSION->POLICIES->SYSTEM
- On right hand side find "DisableTaskMgr" . If you can't see "DisableTaskMgr" on right hand side then you have to create it.
- To create right click there & select NEW->D-WORD (32bit) Value
- Rename "New Value #1" as "DisableTaskMgr"
- Double Click on "DisableTaskMgr", a Edit DWORD window will pop up.
- Enter Value Data as"0" and press OK (0 to enable & 1 to disable)
- Close "Registry Editor".
- Restart your Compuer. Now you can access your "Task Manager".
