If you are looking to Block Websites on your PC, then here is the simplest method to block it. Even you don't have to download any kind of software or even you don't have to perform long steps. Their is a simple "HOSTS" file in your PC, using this text file you can easily block websites on PC.
Here is the Step to Block Websites:
Step 1: Open your C-drive and navigate to C:/WINDOWS:/SYSTEM32/DRIVERS/ETC.
Step 2: Double Click on "hosts" and select notepad. If aren't able to open "hosts" with notepad, then open Notepad(Start/All Programs/ Accessories/ Notepad) and click on File/Open and navigate to "hosts" as described above. This is how you notepad will look.
Step 3: Now just navigate at the end of the notepad. Here you just have to enter 127.0.0.1 then give a space and enter the URL of the website which you want to block. If you want to block more websites, then just enter 127.0.0.1 again in next line followed with your website. Here is the demo.

127.0.0.1 www.facebook.com
127.0.0.1 www.youtube.com
and many more...
Now all those websites which you have entered now is blocked. If in future you want to unblock it again, then just delete those lines.

Limitations:
- Do you know this method is most common and most people can easily unblock their websites, if you have blocked websites using this method.
- Also by this method you can block only in a single PC. If you are looking to block websites in large number of PC's like in a Office or College, then it won't be possible to go and perform this task in every PC.
- And if you are looking to block large number of website like porn websites, then it won't be possible to enter each and every ULR's of porn websites and also you won't be having porn websites list. For that you need some other method by which you can block Categories of Websites (like porn websites)
Solution: After thinking and studying a lot over this and trying to find the genuine and full proof method, finally I was able to find a Solutions for above limitations.
